So excited to be working with the fantastic Spiritato again in 2020, after recording Daniel Purcell’s Judgement of Paris together a few years ago. This time we’re exploring the cantatas of Pepusch and will be performing them in Chichester and at the Wiltshire Music Centre next Spring. Come along to hear this extraordinary group bring Pepusch’s rarely performed gems to life.

After working on a beautiful programme of music by Handel, Francesca Caccini and Jaquet de la Guerre for the Venus Unwrapped season at King’s Place, I am so excited to continue to work with the wonderful violinist, Rachel Podger on a programme of Bach. Premiered in Germany earlier this year, we will be performing it again in the UK in 2020 in Bath and at the Wigmore Hall in December.    

Delighted to work with the great Leo Duarte and Opera Settecento again next year, returning to the Halle Handel Festival. We’ll be revisiting Handel’s Ormisda, which we performed at the London Handel Festival earlier this year and very much looking forward to reprising the role of the scheming Palmira.

At the end of the year, I’ll be heading to Bern to work with the wonderful Baroque orchestra, Les Passions de l’Ame, performing works by Zelenka and Restori alongside the soprano Zoe Brookshaw.

Absolutely thrilled to be singing the role of Ino in Handel’s Semele for the OAE in October 2017. Under the baton of Christophe Rousset and alongside Catherine Wyn-Rogers and Louise Alder, wonderful soloists and this extraordinary orchestra, this promises to be a great performance. We’ll be at the Musikverein in Vienna and at the Royal Festival Hall in London.

Delighted to perform Bach’s masterpiece again with Solomon’s Knot. Performing from memory, with just 10 singers and an incredible band of players, we’ll be in the Lake District at the end of July and Nottingham and St John’s, Smith Square in December. Solomon’s Knot Collective

Hugely excited to head up to Edinburgh for the International Festival with I Fagiolini. We’re continuing our tour of  Monteverdi’s, “The Other Vespers”. Excited to be working with I Fagiolini and Robert Hollingworth again this autumn, singing the role of La Messaggera as we take Monteverdi’s masterpiece L’Orfeo to Venice.

Throughout history, the story of Medea has fascinated composers, never more so than in France in the 17th and 18th centuries. I’m delighted to be joining the acclaimed Olivier Award-nominated Early Opera Company and Christian Curnyn for Bernier’s cantata Médée and excerpts from Charpentier’s magnificent opera of the same name at the Almeida Theatre on 4th October.
